Have you ever read appeals for helping someone suffering from some kind of rare disease associated with the blood, brain, heart, kidney or the liver? Usually these are people who cannot afford such costly treatments. These appear as small columns in the newspaper. If you have never come across such things, then may be you are reading only the first page and may be the colourful magazines 
There is a possiblity that you got to hear such appeals for saving somebody over email. Such emails keep floating everywhere. Have you?
There are times when I wonder if I’m doing the right thing, when I read it and just ignore it. May be I can help by sending some money, May be I can help by forwarding the email or refering the column to friends and collegues. May be I should.
Am I callous or is it my “I dont care” attitude thats showing up? or am I too selfish with my time to think about those ailing?
